Your BMW's wheel bearings are a common replacement item. With high mileage the wheel bearing can simply wear out which results in noise and vibration.

Note: Please note installation direction of wheel bearing. The red sealing ring must face outwards, otherwise ABS function is not assured by the pulse generator integrated in the bearing. Part should be installed using factory tool 33 3 260 (83300492287) to insure correct installation.
